All prices are subject to vehicle size and condition.
Most packages are priced from so generally larger vehicles and ones in poor condition will require more time and attention which will incur an additional charge. Heavy soiling, pet hair, mould and vomit etc will incur and additional charge.
All bookings require a minimum £10 deposit and this is higher for larger packages. All deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date as long as a minimum of 48 hours notice is given.
If you wish to cancel a booking this can be done as long as a minimum of 48 hours notice is given. Anything cancelled within 48 hours or on the day will mean you are charged for a percentage of the booking or even the full amount. This means I am not left empty handed if I am un able to pick up work in place of the cancellation.
Power and water.
For all packages we will require access to power as we do not carry a generator. Water can be supplied for exterior packages where an outside tap is not accessible.
Any trips over 25 miles in one direction may incur a travel charge. This is to cover time/fuel for any jobs outside of the local areas normally covered. The additional charge would be agreed prior to any booking.
If I deem the weather/conditions either unfit or unsafe to complete the job which is booked I will reschedule to a date that suits both parties. I have a gazebo which allows me to complete the majority of jobs when the weather is poor. However extreme conditions such as high winds, heavy rain, freezing temperatures etc will likely lead to the booking being rescheduled.
